Villa Fantastico can provide the ultimate setting for a family re-union, Holiday, or a corporate event or workshop environment without fear of being disturbed.It is also used for TV shoots and film locations. The villa and grounds have recently (April and May of 2006) been used for a reality television show as an up-market hotel. The villa has 3 floors, and is set on its own extensive gardens. Recently, Villa Fantastico has been lovingly restored and updated to provide accommodations of the highest quality, which not only includes the 10 en suite bedrooms (some bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath) but other rooms such as a library, music room, lounges, and a unique chapel. Villa Fantastico was originally the ancestral home of Spanish aristocracy and used as a playground for entertaining. The extensive restoration work has added modern luxury and convenience to provide an unmatched property that reflects both the Spanish and original Moorish influences that underlay the first designs. Extensive use of quality materials has gone to recreate the atmosphere of a by-gone age as well as catering to the needs of the modern seeker after luxury and indulgence. Marble floors, wood paneling, fresco painting, and ornate plaster-work coupled with broad-band connectivity, BBQ, stereo, and separate TV and separate stereo in each bedroom. With these amenities and the sun, nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Sitges or Barcelona you and your friends or family will have plenty to enjoy during your stay.

Originally the ancestral home of Spanish aristocracy Villa Fantastico has 3 floors of living space. There are several comfortable lounges (most equipped with TV, DVD player, ADSL Broadband Internet, and Stereo), a game room with a pool table, a library, music room, a unique chapel, dining room, kitchen, and 9 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus an additional separate communal bathroom. Aside from the large indoor dining room there are several outdoor dining areas on terraces, balconies, or poolside. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and even bottled water. The 9 bedrooms all have Queen size beds, TV's and stereo, and en suite bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, balcony/terraces, or sitting areas. There is also an elevator, air-conditioning, and a washing machine for your use.

Next to the main villa is a cottage which has 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a kitchen, and lounge.

Included in the price is the cleaning of the house before your arrival and after your departure, daily maid service of 4 hours, the services of a grounds man to attend to the pool and gardens, bathrobes and slippers for all guests, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels. During your stay you have
private use of all facilities including a full size tennis court, a swimmingpool, a chill-out pergola by the pool, a table tennis table and a pool table in the games room. The 2 hectares of gardens is surrounded by a high walls so you have complete privacy.

2013 Prices: Prices are per week and listed in US Dollars. All villa rentals are full week from Saturday to Saturday. Some urban apartments accept arrival any day of the week.
