This place is truly amazing. We booked it for a special holiday for our extended family (18 of us ranging in age from 10 to 87) and everyone absolutely loved it. I have to say that it looked too good to be true on the website so I took the precaution of going on an inspection trip a couple of months before we were due to arrive, just to make sure it was suitable, and we were delighted to find that it not only matched the description on the website but exceeded all our expectations. After our trip, we indicated various preferences to the amiable owner such as additional beds in particular rooms to suit our group, and he accommodated all our requests without fuss. He also helped us arrange a private chef who provided a sumptuous dinner on three of the nights we stayed. That was a real bonus. Jonathan was not only a tremendous chef but very flexible in catering for a wide range of tastes. He did the shopping for the wine and food for the meal, set the table (inside or outside on the terrace as we preferred), served dinner and cleared up afterwards. The property has great character but has also been completely modernised and fitted out with a range of facilities that really enhanced our holiday. There was everything from tennis to table football but the pool was the centre-piece, surrounded by plenty of comfortable loungers, tables and chairs with umbrellas and shaded areas. The house is set in beautiful grounds with a pond, barbecue area, lawn big enough to practise golf and other nooks and crannies with additional seating, not to mention the separate casita overlooking the tennis court. Inside, the house is naturally cool and the air conditioning is efficient. There are several reception rooms and plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet corner to listen to music or read or play pool. The bedrooms, all ensuite, are spacious and the beds are all comfortable. There is a wrap-around balcony that extends all around the first floor with views not only over the gardens but to the sea beyond. The whole package was just perfect for what we wanted.

We rented Villa Fantastico for a long weekend for our annual Staff Retreat, bringing together 13 people from all over the world. Our time at the villa was simply amazing. Both the house it self and the grounds were perfect and beautifully maintained, and each one of us was able to find their own space for either work related assignments or simply relaxing. Fantastico is like an oasis where once the gates close, one forgets about the outside world. We will be back in 2015 for our next Staff Retreat!

I recently stayed at Villa Fantastico with friends and family. The villa is located near a cute village that is just a quick drive into Barcelona. The villa itself is stunning - the pictures on the Internet really do a nice job of capturing its charm. The proprietor went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He arranged a chef to come to the villa to make dinner one night and a masseuse to come another day to give us massages. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and his suggestion we head to the local beach rather than venture into Sitges was a great call. I have rented homes from Rentavilla.com in Italy, France, and Spain and have never been disappointed! Thanks to Emmanuel and his team for finding such superb properties.

\" Left on Oct 8, 2016 for a stay in Oct 2016. Beautiful, amazing, perfect! beyond our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone- bedrooms, private bathrooms. And wonderful places to spend time together- big dining room, pool area, ping pong room, outside tables, tennis court. A bit hard to find, but otherwise perfect! The owner/manager- John Duffy- was very helpful and always replied immediately to all our requests and problems (mostly arrival problems). The cleaning lady was fantastic and very helpful, as well as the maintenance man. Before we came we thought we\'d have no need for them and didn\'t really want them hanging around but we sure changed our mind after one morning and after meeting them! Convenient are also- beaches, Sitges, Vilanova, Barcelona, Tarragona, Port Aventura... As I said- amazing!\"

Originally the ancestral home of Spanish aristocracy Villa Fantastico has 3 floors of living space. There are several comfortable lounges (most equipped with TV, DVD player, ADSL Broadband Internet, and Stereo), a game room with a pool table, a library, music room, a unique chapel, dining room, kitchen, and 9 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus an additional separate communal bathroom. Aside from the large indoor dining room there are several outdoor dining areas on terraces, balconies, or poolside. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and even bottled water. The 9 bedrooms all have Queen size beds, TV's and stereo, and en suite bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, balcony/terraces, or sitting areas. There is also an elevator, air-conditioning, and a washing machine for your use. Please note that the ground floor queen bedroom now has a bedroom with wheel chair access.

Next to the main villa is a cottage which has 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a kitchen, and lounge.

Included in the price is the cleaning of the house before your arrival and after your departure, daily maid service of 4 hours, the services of a grounds man to attend to the pool and gardens, bathrobes and slippers for all guests, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels. During your stay you have
private use of all facilities including a full size tennis court, a swimmingpool, a chill-out pergola by the pool, a table tennis table and a pool table in the games room. The 2 hectares of gardens is surrounded by a high walls so you have complete privacy.
