Tarascon Manor House is a lovely villa rental that awaits you just outside the town of Tarascon on a Provencal countryside estate. Its great location connects it to some of the best destinations in Provence. It is well within reach of Gordes, Les Baux de Provence, Saint Remy or the markets of Tarascon. This working farm is rich in history and the main building dates back to the 16th century. Evidence of this era can be seen at the King Rene's Castle on the banks of the Rhone in Tarascon where a weekly market is also held. Tarascon Manor House is close to many wonderful villages and towns and on your sightseeing tour you may admire the flocks of pink flamingos and the wild horses in the Camargue. For shopping you have everything from the sophisticated boutiques of Avignon, traditional country markets or the antique shops in Isle-sur-Sorgue.

This elegant manor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with many conveniences such as stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer. The large living room and dinning room make this a wonderful house for groups or families traveling together or for entertaining guests. In addition to the many amenities the Tarascon Manor House also has a lovely terrace, two balconies, large swimming pool, barbeques and elegant, well maintained grounds. The furnishing are refined with antiques and traditional pieces. The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For smaller groups or individuals the rooms can be rented as the Tarascon Manor House Bed & Breakfast.

The manor house with its seven restored and uniquely decorated bedrooms, plus its cottage for two offers accommodations for 16 - 18 people. Each of the spacious bedrooms has a special ambiance. The Saint Remy Room, decorated in the style of the 1930's, has a double bed, sofa, hanging cupboard and full bath with shower. The Uzes Room has a double bed with separate sitting room and a beautiful bathroom with Moroccan shower. The Camargue Room offers a double bed with two single beds on a mezzanine, which adds a special touch to the delightful character of the room. It too has a full bath with shower ensuite. A unique stairway leads to the balcony and its tasteful furnishings add just the right touch. The Tower Room, like the others, looks out on to the pool, terrace and garden. This room has three levels. The ground floor of the tower offers a sitting room with sofa, on the mezzanine is a full bath with shower and on the top floor under beautiful beamed ceilings await a large bedroom with queen size bed. In addition there are three other bedroom with twin beds plus, 100 yards from the main house a lovely cottage called Le Pigeonnier which sleeps two people, and has a bath with tub, a reading room and its own private garden. The owners live in a totally independent cottage on the property.
Include in the rate is 3 hours of maid service, 5 days a week.
