Located on a private estate with automatic gate and security system, it’s the perfect hideaway for a large family or group of friends looking to spend time in one of the most desirable areas of the world. Overlooking the ancient village of Mougins with the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea, the charm of the old world melds with this newly remodeled and equipped villa. The property offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, separate family/TV room, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The well-kept lush gardens include a nice terrace, a kidney-shaped pool, and plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing in sun or shade.

Villa Mougins is built on 3 levels, jutting out of a slope overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The gated property has a security system connected with the local police. You enter the house from the drive onto the main level. The entrance hall opens to a spacious living / dining room which is well decorated with comfortable furnishings and looks to the distant bay of Mandelieu and the Esterels. Here you find a dining area for up to 10 persons and an open wooden staircase leading to the gallery. On the right from the entrance hall is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, 2 refrigerator / freezers, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The 3 bedrooms on this level are accessed to the left of the entrance hall. Here you find a lovely queen size master bedroom overlooking the bay, another queen bedroom and 1 twin room also on the south side of the house. The master bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit. Two full bathrooms with tub, shower, and bidet complete this level. The upper floor is accessed by the spiral wooden stairway. Here you find a gallery with satellite TV (receives BBC, ITV, CNN, and other channels), stereo, DVD, and VCR. A double bedroom and full bathroom with shower complete this level. All bedrooms have a fan. On the garden level you will find another double bedroom and full bathroom with shower, with direct access to the garden. The living room windows face south over a large terrace with outdoor barbecue. In front of the terrace you will see sweeping lawn and steps leading to the 13 X 6 meter kidney shaped pool. There are double glazed windows throughout the villa and central heating for the winter months. Up to 3 cars can be parked inside the gates, and more outside. The villa is available all year.
