Located on a hilltop between Terni and Spoleto, Il Cameli estate is just a fifteen minute drive from the Marmore waterfall. This beautiful stone villa recently renovated is surrounded by a large garden.Outdoor shared amenities include a swimming pool (21m x 9m) and a tennis court. There is also a gym. The villa is divided into 7 independent apartments. They vary in size from 40m2 to 120m2.Spoleto (20 minutes), Todi (30 minutes), and Assisi (40 minutes) are all within easy reach. The ancient towns of Cecalocco (700 meters away) and Battifero (700 meters away) are accessible on foot.Terni (11 km) has shops, restaurants, and all other services. Mountain bikes are available for guests’ use as well as Jacuzzi, sauna, laundry service, and lunch or dinner at the estate’s restaurant.All these at an extra cost.

Located on the second floor this luxurious suite apartment has a large private balcony furnished with a marble table. The entrance takes into the living room which features antique frnishings, a charming fireplace and terracotta floors. There is a red sofa and satellite TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The double bedroom (king-size bed) has terracotta floors, walnut furniture, and an en suite bathroom with shower. Extra services at an extra costinclude: Jacuzzi, sauna, laundry service, and lunch or dinner at the estate’s restaurant.

Die Preise sind jeweils pro Woche in US Dollar angegeben. Alle Miet-Ferienhäuser sind für die komplette Woche, von Samstag bis Samstag. Einige Stadtwohnungen akzeptieren jedoch auf Anfrage Ankunft/abreise in der Woche.
