Villa Parikia 5 successfully combines cosmopolitan flair with ancient, island traditions. The villa is surrounded by its own secluded landscaped garden of half an acre, including a large infinity, swimming pool. The layout of the villa guarantees the privacy of guests and the interiors have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Attention to detail and hand-made Cycladic furniture ensure a unique and delightful experience. A welcome basket at the villa includes a bottle of white Paros wine and fresh fruit. At poolside there are two pergola-covered seating areas, umbrellas, and sun loungers. The pool is equipped with an ultra-modern chlorine-free water treatment; there is also a pool house with shower and WC. Private dining is offered within the villa's spacious living room or outside at the pergolas. Upon request (and for a fee), the mini bar can be stocked with your favorite drinks.

The staff includes: Two housekeepers, gardener, maintenance technician, bartender, and property manager.

Included in the price: Internet access (inside and outside), port/airport transfers, and baby equipment. Upon request, at additional charge, are: washing and ironing, masseuse, meal plan, and stocked mini bar.

Villa Parikia 5 consists of two levels, each with its own, private entrance. The upper level features a double bedroom (2 twin beds) with private sea view verandas and a shaded wooden pergola. The bedroom offers individually controlled air-conditioning, and a Satellite TV. The two bathrooms are well equipped with bathrobes, slippers, beauty amenities, hairdryer, and make-up mirror. The bright, blue and white living area offers comfortable furniture and a private terrace. There is a small kitchenette with basic items, including a dining table for four. The ground floor includes a double bedroom (2 twin beds) and a single bedroom. There is also a terrace with sea views, a fully-equipped traditional kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee machine), 2 bathrooms with all amenities, and a living area with Satellite TV, DVD, and CD players.

Paros is a popular destination (3rd only to Santorini and Mykonos) and is considered to be one of the most beautiful islands in the Cyclades. The island has many things to offer the visitor: Beautiful landscapes, golden sandy beaches with clear water, small traditional white villages with cubic houses, fishing harbors, churches, archaeological sites, and much more.
